We value your trust and strive to provide quality service, but due to the nature of our business — especially in food and perishable items — our Refund & Return Policy has been designed to maintain fairness, hygiene, and business security.

We strictly follow no return policy on any circumstances.

Shipping policy: The food will be delivered to you within 30-60 minutes.

1. General Policy

By placing an order through LEZYO.in, the user agrees to this policy and accepts that:

Refunds or returns are limited and conditional.

All decisions related to refunds are subject to approval by LEZYO’s central team only.

Franchise owners, vendors, and delivery partners are bound to follow these terms without exception.

2. No Refund Policy (Applicable on Food and Perishable Items)

To protect food quality, hygiene, and operational integrity, LEZYO.in follows a strict No-Refund policy under the following conditions:

1. Cancellation After 10 Seconds of Order Placement:
Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled or refunded after 10 seconds, as preparation or processing starts immediately.


2. Personal Dislike or Change of Mind:
If the product is delivered properly and the customer simply does not like the taste, portion size, or presentation without any specific issue, no refund will be issued.


3. Argument or Misbehavior with Delivery Partner:
Any dispute, misbehavior, or argument with the delivery partner will automatically void refund eligibility and may lead to account suspension.


4. Incorrect Address or Non-Availability:
If the customer provides an incorrect address, wrong contact number, or is unavailable at the time of delivery, no refund or re-delivery will be allowed.

3. Refunds Are Applicable Only When:

Refunds will only be processed if one or more of the following conditions are proven and verified:

1. Damaged or Spilled Product:
If the delivered food/product is physically damaged, leaked, or spoiled, verified through clear photographic evidence shared within 15 minutes of delivery.


2. Quality Issue:
If the product is expired, contaminated, or of unacceptable quality, verified by our support and vendor inspection.


3. Excessive Delay:
For food orders — if delivery exceeds 2 hours beyond the expected time, and the delay is due to our system or delivery partner (not weather or traffic), a refund or compensation will be processed.

> All such claims must be raised through the LEZYO.in Help Center or support@lezyo.in within 15 minutes of delivery for verification.

4. Verification Process

Each claim is reviewed by LEZYO’s Refund Review Department.

Supporting evidence (photos, order ID, timestamps, etc.) must be submitted.

Refunds are approved only after validation from the central team.

The company reserves the right to reject any claim that lacks sufficient proof or falls outside the policy scope.

5. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.

In cases of COD (Cash on Delivery), refunds will be issued via wallet credit or UPI transfer after verification.

6. Non-Refundable Services

No refunds will be entertained for:

Food products after delivery.

Franchise joining fees, onboarding charges, or business deposits.

Parcel delivery charges, vehicle rentals, or booking cancellations after confirmation.

Any offers, discounts, or promotional purchases marked as “non-refundable.”

7. Company Rights & Legal Protection

LEZYO.in reserves full rights to modify, suspend, or deny any refund request.

In case of fraudulent refund claims, legal action may be taken against the customer or franchise.

Continuous misuse of refund requests will result in account termination and blacklisting from the platform.

Franchise owners are strictly prohibited from issuing refunds directly to customers without central approval.
